- High percentage loan to value? – Yes, 70% or more is usually possible.
- Additional security possible to increase loan? – Yes.
- Second charges? – Yes.
- Same day decisions in principle? – Yes.
- Our legal and valuation fees? – Payable without uplift by the client.
- Easy loan application process? – Yes.
